Ivan,
Culadasa wrote a really interesting article on dharmatreasure website: https://dharmatreasure.org/practice-in-ones-daily-life/. There’s also another post in the comments of the same article.

August 29, 2016 at 11:41 am #1483Dear Blake,
I really appreciate the time you took to answer my questions. If you don’t mind, I have an additional question:
You do want to have the intention to be peripherally aware, and you will know this is happening because you are aware of things besides your meditation object.
Doesn’t this happen spontaneously during walking meditation?
Thankyou and best regards, Blaz

August 8, 2016 at 1:07 am #1384Matthew,
thanks for your answers. Can I ask you some additional questions?
1. How do you structure your meditation sessions? (do you emphasize insight practices, jhanas, anapanasati, walking meditation,…)?
2. Do you practice loving-kindness meditation and Mindful Review? How often?
3. There are so many recommended practices in the book from stage seven on. Is it necessary to practice all of them?Best regards,
Blaz

I’m, not able to answer those questions, but I’m sure you’ll find some information here: http://dharmatreasure.org/teaching-retreats/. Check Meditation and Insight retreat and read Culadasa’s handouts (especially Handout 3) or listen to his talks. Best regard, Blaž

May 27, 2016 at 11:35 pm #583Hi Olov,
I’m from Slovenia and I had the same problem as you. Kindle version for Europeans is available on Canadian site: https://www.amazon.ca/Mind-Illuminated-Complete-Meditation-Integrating/dp/0990847705/185-8690211-8128466?ie=UTF8&*Version*=1&*entries*=0.

January 8, 2015 at 6:19 am #339John, I don’t think there is any extra information available, but maybe we could find something in archives containing all of Culadasa’s dharma talks. Did you search also somewhere else (for example Jhana and Insight Group)?

September 10, 2014 at 1:44 am #313Upasaka Tucker, thanks for your quick response. I’ll try to follow your advice (let it come, let it be, let it go, and see it as a sign of progress).

September 9, 2014 at 6:26 am #311In Progressive Stages of Meditation in Plain English Culadasa wrote:
»But then there also develops a sensitivity to much more subtle sensation. And at some point it will becomes obvious what is meant by ‘the flow of prana’, ‘the movement of the inner winds’, the ‘constrictions of the energy flow at the chakras’, and so on.«
When I do the body scan, I experience twitching (and muscle contraction) in my legs. It started some days ago in my feet, now I can feel it in the whole leg (but only when I concentrate on that part of my body).
Does someone know what is going on? Is it associated with Culadasa’s description above?
August 26, 2014 at 7:51 am #300Paul, can you please explain how does it feel like when your introspective awareness »tends to collapse«? Is it possible that you experience (increasing) subtle dullness?
