Thanks for the replies.
I am pleased to say I am going on retreat with Culadasa as part of the eSangha group. The stable dullness is still an issue for me, and I believe it is related to low dopamine as a result of drug abuse. I’m not sure how long it will take for my brain to reboot, but I have been one month sober and it is better than day 1,…[Read more]
