Thank you guys, the body is not a problem anymore, but I will keep in mind this thing exists. I used to pray I found something like that.
I further elaborated my practice log. Hope it is useful to somebody as much as it is useful to me.

I have recently passed my 100th day of formally practicing according to the TMI training system. It a new start for me.
