I am in Stage 3-4.
Question: I notice I am mind wandering and I start to enjoy that noticing. The strange thing is that as I am to put back attention on the breath do I notice that it is allready there —following the nose sort of subconsciously. To my surprise haha. This happens frequently when i mind wander.
The gist: Does anyone know what this is and if it could indicate that I should practice something in particular?
