    Hi All,
    If anyone is interested, here is a recent video from The Nature of Things. Several neuroscientists explore the many ramifications of sleep. They involve how sleep influences choice, among other things. I bring this up here as, for those interested, there might be a strong argument for how sleep would be essential for meditation practice (though this isn’t brought up per se. Moreover, the Stage 4 questions that I posted a little while ago that deal with the question of sleep and dullness would be related to this documentary).

    Also, maybe there is more going on than only non perceiving mind moments. Culadasa or other neuroscientists out there might like to address this issue in light of this documentary:
