Hi everyone,
I would be interested in having regular contact with an experienced tutor regarding the techniques in TMI, preferably in person.
This would be to discuss how the practices are going and how I’m approaching the exercises in the stages (less interested in guided meditation).
I live in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. There are a lot of yoga/meditation/mindfulness classes and tutors here, but I’m specifically looking for guidance on the methods described in TMI.
Does anyone have any tips? In the meantime, the forum is very helpful!

Well, I would have to bump you up to the top and suggest you engage in a dialogue with Culadasa directly, as he has graciously offered this service. (And he meets all of the qualifications of being experienced in this technique…!)

If you would like a one-on-one interview, and a consultation with Culadasa is not within your budget. We have the following list of Dharma Treasure teachers and teachers in training, and many offer interviews (on a donation basis) via phone, Skype, or in person, if you happen to be local.

In the near future, we will be producing a more structured list of teachers sorted by TMI stage and or teaching specialties.
