Hi Blake, wow there is a lot to explore in that thread. Thank you. I have plans to start working with a psychotherapist, inspired by Jack Kornfield’s A Path With Heart, when I return home. I presume this would be the best way to deal with a trauma release?

Alright, so I’ve just finished a two month retreat at mahasi centres in Asia.
