Now I have something new to do because since &#8220;learning&#8221; to watch the whole breath from beginning to end I totally lost interest in the breath and can&#8217;t follow more than 2-3 breaths before going to a thought or a sound. I have a clear and strong sensation of breath at all times, it&#8217;s of course more subtle between but still existent at all times.</p>

<p>I will try to watch the breath as I did before and try to be aware when dullness is coming and just go through it with the help of peripheral awareness.</p>
