    JC, i had the same concern last week after reading the literature, glad you asked question. these four or five talks, culadasa explains in depth how this state can come about, eased my mind.

    Meshe, Thank-you for the link, i just listened to the first talk in series and loved it, going to listen to them all. I didnt think the curriculum section applied to me so i didnt look in there at first.😍
    Reading your recent explanations/posts on this forum the day before yesterday encouraged me to sign up. So thank you times two 😍
