Hey friends. You may be familiar with some guided meditations I did that were shared here https://redd.it/9w4bpv . For the folks who can’t yet experience jhana but are practicing around stage 5/6 I will be doing a talk and guided meditation on using Shinzen’s All Rest in lieu of jhana. Shinzen has stated that his Rest practice modality is a reformulation of jhana. We will chat for an hour on zoom and then I will do a 1 hour guided meditation to get folks to All Rest. If you find it useful you can send me some dana if the spirit moves you.
It will be this Saturday 4/6/19 at 8am Pacific time. I’ll post a zoom link here a day or 2 before. Here is Shinzen’s 5 Ways…read Chapters 3 & 4 if you have time but it is not necessary.
