    Hello,

I’ve been meditating during my lunch hour at work lately, and I sit in my car while doing it. [Partly because it’s hot outside, but also I don’t want co-workers thinking I’m weird.] It’s been quite warm lately, so with the A/C running, it causes a breeze on my face, which makes it nearly impossible to discern any sensations of the breath in the vicinity of the tip of the nose. Is it OK to use the subtle rise/fall of the abdomen instead? I can also feel that there is a physical sensation at the back of my throat (predominantly on the right side) when I inhale. There’s no corresponding sensation when I exhale, however. Could I use this? (And what do people do when they meditate outside in the wind?

    Thanks, Jeff
