    I just finished this lecture and thought it was excellent. If you are a regular listener of Culadasa or other meditation teachers, it doesn’t cover much new ground, but if you’re like me there’s always a great reassurance when secular Western thinkers manage to reach exactly the same conclusions as Buddhist teachers. It’s exciting to me that these ideas are starting to become more and more mainstream.

    Great link Paul, very Interesting noticing how he departmentalises focus, attention etc in comparison to other speakers, teachers etc. We all see it the same but we all view it differently. Very good, thanks!
