Hi! There is famous “Hard” problem of consciousness, how the conscious experience arises? Some scientists believe there is no correct answer to this question in the current scientific framework. Others say that there is no such problem at all, there is just information exchange. From one of the Culadasa retreats I’ve heard that he briefly said the similar things, that consciousness is just information exchange. Maybe here are some teachers in training who can explicitly describe his experience and point of view on this? Thank you.

    Hi Andrew,

Culadasa describes his views on consciousness in the interludes of his book, particularly in the fifth interlude. However, he may not get into the “how and why of phenomenal experiences” that you may be looking for.
