    I’m starting a video chat sitting group on Saturday mornings for European time zones starting tomorrow (6 April 2019).

    I will open a video chat at 6:15 AM BST (British Summer Time) to start the session at 6:30 and alternately sit and walk until 11:00 AM, when we can stop and have a chat about practice if any one likes. You can follow whatever schedule you like and sit for as long as you like.

    PM me your email address and I will add you to the list that will receive the video chat link Saturday mornings.
