<p>After doing a 17 day retreat, and reaching stage 7, along with the first 5 pleasure jhanas, I feel motivated to do a longer retreat and really go for stream entry and beyond. 									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Thanks Wiley. As I&#8217;ve said I&#8217;ve done a few retreats before. I didn&#8217;t think they were the hardest thing I&#8217;ve ever done, just the opposite. I found them amazingly beneficial. I&#8217;ve also been meditating 3-5 hours a day at home for the last few weeks. </p>
