<p>I think Frédéric&#8217;s suggestion is a good one. You might also consider trying standing or walking meditation in the evening, if you haven&#8217;t already. It&#8217;s a bit more difficult to nod off with those. 🙂 There are some basic directions for walking meditation in the TMI book &#8211; Appendix A. </p>
