<p>I&#8217;ve been having difficulty with introspective awareness in stage 4. I went for weeks with never catching a subtle distraction before it became a gross distraction. Then for a week I caught it all the time and now I&#8217;m almost back to normal. Has anyone got any tips or techniques around how to cultivate introspective awareness?
