<p>I started meditating following the TMI method 45 days ago and have been regular in my practice since. I&#8217;ve added a second session in the evening and seeing encouraging results.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m really interested in taking the dedicated practitioner course and have applied. <p>I&#8217;ve been practicing the method presented in TMI for just a little over a month now. I&#8217;m surprised by how much one session can differ from others in term of perceived quality. I can have a streak of 4-5 sessions that seem go very well then have a series of more difficult ones.</p>
